Office Manager

Supplier & contractor relations: setting vendors up on our internal systems, administrating documents and actively monitoring regular contractors documents by expiry dates to ensure compliance.

Deliver basic role and Company training to employees, as well as compiling training regimes and maintaining training matrix,

Assist with human resources functions, including onboarding new employees, managing employee records, return to work interviews, performance reviews etc.

Be the point of contact for business related matters - sickness, holidays, finance and general enquiries.

Ensuring compliance within our finance system - CIS, DVRC, PO's, bills, invoices, sales ledger.

Reconciling bank transactions on a monthly basis, along with processing CIS liabilities and sub contractor payment deduction sheets.

Assisting with the processing of purchase orders, supplier invoices and customer invoices and overseeing this function as a whole.

Processing hours for payroll, issuing payslips and other payroll related documents and dealing with any payroll queries.

Paying contractors through our corporate banking system in line with policy and agreed payment terms.

Support with various business functions including assisting with data entry, filing documents, producing reports, decision making etc.
