What we are looking for:
• A hardworking ‘can-do’ attitude to all aspects of work.
• Communication skills and punctuality.
• Ability to use own initiative and problem solve.
• Forklift Truck License to RTITB accreditation (advantageous but not essential).
• Full UK Manual Driver’s License (essential).

Project & Complice Manager

An experienced Project & Compliance Manager or similar, within a construction industry as minimum.
• SMSTS would be advantageous but equally acceptable is a similar project/site management qualification.
• Previous experience in a shop fitting role is advantageous, but we will consider applicants from other construction industries providing a proven record of managing multiple sites/projects at once.
• Knowledge of CDM and construction related H&S.
• Efficiency in all areas of Microsoft 365 most importantly Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience of construction, people processes and managing small teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with a resilient approach to problem solving.
